What is Teppanyaki cooking?

Then wipe with clean water and make sure your Teppanyaki device is completely dry before storing.

Removable drip tray

Teppanyaki Style Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients:

• 1 pound of thinly sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye works well)
• Assorted vegetables (sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.)
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: sesame seeds, chopped green onions for garnish

Steps:

1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice the beef into thin strips and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat the Griddle: Preheat your teppanyaki griddle or a large flat pan over medium-high heat until it’s hot.
3. Cook Vegetables: Add a tablespoon of oil onto the teppanyaki griddle. Place the chopped vegetables and stir-fry them until they start to soften. You can season them with a bit of salt and pepper.
4. Cook Beef: Push the vegetables to one side of the teppanyaki griddle and add another tablespoon of oil. Place the beef slices on the hot teppanyaki griddle and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until they’re browned and cooked through.
