NOUR HOUSE  is a store located in the heart of Malmö. It was founded in 2005 under the name Moon Trading and changed into NOUR HOUSE in 2020.

The main scope of the business is to provide all Kitchen appliances & Utensils, kitchenware, and cookware as well as engage in other compatible activities.

The Goal of the business is to Offer High quality kitchen products at very low prices; for healthy cooking and healthy life with environmental commitment that goes beyond affordability.

The reason why we can sell our products so much cheaper is that we buy & manufacture the products directly from the factory without intermediaries in the form of wholesalers or middlemen. In addition, we do not have as many overheads in the form of actual stores rent, staff, marketing, etc.

For International Brands, We get their products directly from their warehouse delivered to us.

At NOUR HOUSE , you can use Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, invoices, instalment payment and Swish as well.

1- Check your cart to make sure you picked the right products and put in the right amount. Choose how you want to ship and pay.

2- Make sure your name and address are easy to read on your mailbox so your package gets to you fast and safe. If not, it might go to a post office and we will send it back in two weeks if you haven’t picked it up.

3- Make sure your address, phone number, and email are correct when you’re done buying. If your email is wrong, you won’t get confirmation or updates about your order. We can’t fix this later.

4- If you have a code for a discount, type it in the box before you’re done buying. Make sure it works before you finish.

We may cancel or remove products from your order as long as the order has not been picked, packed & shipped

Please, email us up to One (1) hour before the shipping deadline to info@nour-house.se, there is a chance we can cancel/change your order in time! Only then, we are able to accept cancellation and a full refund is due directly.

You can always go to “My Account” and check the status of your current order. You can also go to the order confirmation that you received via e-mail and press “Click here to track your order” to see the status of the shipment.

If you haven’t received the email yet, it might be blocked by the spam filter. Look at your email settings. If you still can’t find it, you can see the order status by logging in to your account.

When you submit your order, it goes straight to the warehouse for packing. The status of your order will say “processing order” until it’s completely ready to ship.

The warehouse typically packs orders within same Business-days, and then all orders are shipped out within Same Business-dayaccording to the time we receive your order till the deadline for dispatching your order. the following dispatching times:

– All orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. 
– All orders placed on holidays are dispatched on the next business-day Before 17:30.
-All products that are marked Sold Outwill be delivered within 2-3 weeks. You will get a 10% discount if you would like to wait.

Here are some of the reasons your order is put On-hold:

1- We are constantly experiencing high demand and several hundred orders go through our warehouse every day.
Sometimes it is certain products or sizes that are particularly popular and then it goes so quickly that we do not have time to order new ones until the stock runs out.

2- Sometimes, the payment was not approved by your bank. You need to check with your bank.

3- We put the order On-hold if we discover something wrong with the address or info put in by customer.

On NOUR HOUSE shop it is possible to pay with Swish, Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) and by invoice and instalment payment. All Goods purchased via payment cards are subject to a one-time payment. 

1- Swish 

Once the order has been approved, you have three minutes to open your App and complete the payment. Please note that the order is only sent when we have received your Swish  payment. 

2- Charge card 

The money is deducted from your payment card directly at the moment of transaction or may take up to 2 days after your order is sent from us. Paying with a debit card is safe, all card information is sent encrypted and the payment method is tested. Our external supplier meets the requirements for PCI DSS and holds an SSL certificate. 

We use the security solution 3D-secure for card payments. All payment cards may be subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.- See details below.

3- Invoice and Instalment Payment

When you choose to pay by invoice via Riverty, you can get up to 14 days of credit or 30 days. In order to be able to use invoicing, you must enter your social security number, so that we can make a simple credit report in a few seconds.

The invoice is sent out by Riverty via e-mail/mail in connection with the dispatch of your order, and you pay the invoice by the date(s) indicated on the (according) Invoice at the latest. The bank account and all required details will be set out in the (according) Invoice submitted to you by Riverty.

Please check your e-mail an extra time to make sure it is correct. If you have not received the invoice within two working days of your order, you should contact Riverty immediately.

If payment is not made, a reminder fee of 60 SEK is added, as well as late payment interest of 24.00% per year. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation.

4- Invoice – corporate customer

If you want to order for your company against an invoice, you can easily do that via our shop. All you need is your Organization number, contact person’s name, phone number, address and email address, as well as which product applies and quantity. Then you may get a call from us to confirm your order as well.

When you choose to pay by invoice or in instalments, you do need to provide your social security number. But f you pay with VISA or credit card, you don’t need to.

Order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as the order has gone through. If you have registered the wrong e-mail address or cannot receive e-mail, you can contact us via info@nour-house.se

All prices on nour-house.se include 25% Swedish VAT and are stated in Swedish kronor.

Under the list of items in the shopping cart it says “Coupon code”. Enter your discount code and press “Ok”. The discount is then automatically deducted from the total in the shopping cart.

NOUR HOUSE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must cover the return shipping cost, and all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

If you email us up to One hour before the shipping deadline to info@nour-house.se, there is a chance we can change address in time!

1- If you do not pick up your package at the delivery point, it will be returned to us. The same applies if you have entered the wrong address.

2- Deliveries with DHL to the delivery service point remain for 7-14 days (check with your local DHL service point). 

3- Orders sent as parcels (e.g. DHL) or registered mail must be picked up at the pick-up point designated by the shipping provider. If the shipment is not picked up, and it is sent back to us, an administration fee of SEK 160 will be charged from the customer.

4- If you have made a mistake, or if something is missing in the delivery address and you discover this after the order has been sent, your order will probably not  be delivered, but will be returned to us. 

5- An additional fee of SEK 40 is added for shipments that are to be sent again after we have received it in return due to wrong/missing information in the delivery address. 

6- SEK 40 is also deducted from the payment if refund of returned shipment that was not picked up.

7- Should your order value be lower than the costs incurred, no refund will be made at all.

1- We offer a 30-days return policy.

You have the option of a refund for the item. However, Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return postage is to be covered by the buyer and proof of return postage must be obtained.

2- To start a return, You can download a Cancellation form here that you can use if you want. It is also possible to notify us by e-mail (info@nour-house.se) that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You send your goods to:

3- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Transit time back to the warehouse may take 7 -10 business days.

4- Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to receive items with damaged packaging or those that are not in a completely new condition. Please note that our products are not eligible for returns if they have been used or tested, and the right of withdrawal will not be applicable in such cases where the product’s packaging has been opened and used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

1- Transit time of Return back to our warehouse may take 7 -10 business days. 
2- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
3- The refund will normally be made after receiving and approving your return.
4- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The money is refunded within 14 banking days from when we have received the return

If you email us up to One (1) hour before the shipping deadline to info@nour-house.se, there is a chance we can cancel your order in time! Only then, we are able to accept cancellation and a full refund is due directly.

1- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

2- Any wrong packed must always be reported to info@nour-house.se where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number, pictues of the product received and a description of the issue

3- If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective products/wrong packed order.

4- We are responsible for the cost of return shipping of approved complaints.

5- We reserve the right to refuse a refund in case the claim turns out to be incorrect.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, and refunded make a separate purchase for the new item.

By law, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal on all distance purchases. At NOUR HOUSE offer a 30-days right of withdrawal and 30-days Return Policy.

You must cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you received your item. Please note that you need to have sent the item back within 14-days of notifying us.

We guarantee that the goods you receive are defect-free upon delivery. If you have received the wrong size/model, or if the product is faulty, you can return the item. In that case, contact customer service, we will help you with free shipping.

In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, our customers have a 3-years right to complain.

We reimburse you for the costs incurred in connection with the incorrect item being sent to us (e.g. petrol costs, parking costs, telephone costs and the like). Refunds are made within 10-14 days from when we receive information from you where the money should be deposited.

Complaints must be made as soon as the fault is discovered or should have been discovered. Two (2) months is considered a reasonable time to detect damage/defects to the products.
